Retro electro funk, 80s pop synthery and a smattering of Italo disco
converge in this sterling collection of 110 keyboard loops performed on a
variety of vintage analogue and digital synthesisers and served with 87
Midi files.
Loaded with sizzling leads, funked up synth licks, deep synth basses,
sequenced grooves and arpeggios, slinky melodic phrases and soulful
keys, Electrik Disco offers infectious melodic content for house, disco
and electro productions.
Played by the stars’ keyboardist of choice Steve Burton (Basement Jaxx,
Joey Negro, Rui Da Silva), the loops range between 4 and 16 bars in
length and clock in between 110 and 173bpm, with the majority falling
between 120-130bpm.
87 Midi files have also been included in order to maximise your creative
control. The flexibility of Midi allows the you to choose your own
instrument or preset, change the key of the loop, edit the tempo,
notation, velocity, length and a whole host of other editing
capabilities. Most importantly, it offers the creative producer an
opportunity to personalize these great loops and make them unique to
their own style.
The collection contains all loops in 24-bit Wav and Apple Loops format, with 72 loops also offered in Rex2 format.
